What's a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is one where the AI agent (or your team) finished the qualification questions and the lead reached the Qualified stage. Lead moderators keep seeing these leads even after they move on to proposal, negotiation, won or lost. Learn more about qualification.

Which role should I use?

  • Manager: for your partner, sales manager or anyone who needs to manage packages, finance and settings.
  • Lead moderator: for sales staff whose job is to call ready customers and close the booking. They won't see conversations or any financial figures.

Managers have almost full access, including finance, channel connections and billing. Only give this role to people you trust.
