It qualifies the lead
While chatting, it collects the details you chose: trip type, destination, dates, travellers, budget, name, phone… and scores the lead Hot, Warm or Cold.
Your team takes over
When a lead is qualified, your team gets a notification and the lead shows up in Leads with a ready summary. If the customer asks for a person, or something comes up the agent can't handle, the conversation goes straight to your team.
You close the booking
