Six steps that get your AI agent answering real customers today.
This is a practical plan for your first hour on Flyby. Go through it in order, and by the end you'll have an AI agent that knows your packages, has been tested, and is answering customers.
Create your account and set up your agency (10 min)
Sign up with email or Continue with Google, then go through the 4 setup steps: agency details, your agent's name and tone, your plan (the 14-day free trial starts right away), and inviting your team.
Add your packages and services (20 min)
The agent only recommends what you've added. Start with your 3–5 most important current packages, with prices and departure dates, plus the services you sell on their own (visas, flights, hotels…). Keep the package status Active so the agent can see it.
Write your FAQs (10 min)
Payment methods, cancellation policy, required documents, installments… The agent answers these straight from your text.
Fine-tune the AI agent (10 min)
Open AI agent in the sidebar: check its name, dialect and greeting, pick the Qualification fields you need, and write your own instructions and when it should hand off to a human.
Test the agent as a customer (5 min)
Click Test as a customer and ask what your customers ask: prices, dates, discounts, "can I talk to someone". Make sure the replies are right before you open it to the public.
Open your channels and turn on notifications (5 min and up)
- Your public chat link works right away: put it in your bio and on your pages.
- WhatsApp needs to be connected to your agency's Meta account (steps).
- Turn on notifications on your phone and computer so your first qualified lead reaches you instantly. On iPhone, install the app first.
