Set up your agency (4 steps)
Agency details, your AI agent, your plan and free trial, and inviting your team.
After you sign up, there are 4 short steps before you reach the dashboard. Everything you choose here can be changed later in Settings or on the AI agent page.
The dashboard unlocks when you finish
The owner can't open the dashboard until step 4 is done. If you close the page halfway, you'll come back to the same step next time you log in.
1. Create your agency
- Agency name: the name your customers know you by, e.g. "Nile Tours".
- Agency WhatsApp number (required): the number your customers message. Include the country code, e.g. +20 10 0000 0000.
- Country: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman or Jordan. Your pricing currency is set from it automatically (EGP for Egypt, SAR for Saudi Arabia, AED for the UAE…).
- AI agent dialect: Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, Modern Standard, or Match the customer if your customers come from different countries.
Click Create agency.
2. Meet your AI agent
- Agent name: the name customers see in the chat, e.g. "Sara" or "Nile Assistant". At least 2 letters.
- Tone: Friendly, Professional or Luxury. The "How it greets a customer" preview below updates as you pick.
Click Continue. You'll fine-tune the rest (greeting, instructions, qualification fields) later on the AI agent page.
3. Pick your plan
- Choose Monthly or Annual (annual gives you 2 months free).
- Choose a plan: Starter, Growth (most popular) or Pro. Each card shows its AI conversations, seats and channels.
- Click Start 14-day free trial.
Your trial starts right away: 14 days and 50 AI conversations with Growth features, no card needed. The plan you picked is saved as a request, and our team will contact you to activate it before the trial ends.
4. Invite your team (optional)
Enter each colleague's Email and pick a Role:
- Manager: can do everything except remove or demote the owner.
- Lead moderator: only sees qualified leads and contacts.
Click Add another for more people, then Send invites & finish. Or click Skip for now and invite them later from Team.
After Send invites & finish, you'll see Send your teammates their invite links: one link per teammate, each with Copy link and Send on WhatsApp buttons. Send them, then click Go to dashboard.
Important: invites aren't emailed
Flyby doesn't email invites, so send the links to your teammates straight from that screen. If you miss someone, the links are also in Team → Pending invites. They must sign in with the same email to accept, and each link is valid for 14 days. More on invites
Seats
The free trial has 5 seats (including you); after that each plan has its own: Starter 2, Growth 5, Pro 15. Pending invites count toward them. If you hit the limit you'll see "You've reached the seats on your trial."
After setup
When you finish step 4 (or click Go to dashboard) you land on Overview. Next:
