Public page

Public page

Your agency's mini-site with packages, offers, services, branches and contact details, all on one link you can share with anyone.

The public page is your agency's ready-made "website": a banner with your name and colour, your packages with prices and dates, offers, services, FAQs, branches, and contact buttons that open the chat or WhatsApp. No code needed.

Your page link looks like this, in Arabic and English:

https://flyby.world/ar/p/your-agency
https://flyby.world/en/p/your-agency

Who can edit it?

Only the owner and managers. You'll find it in the sidebar as Public page.

Go live in 4 steps

Choose your page address

On the General tab, enter a Page address: the last part of your link, like al-ofok-travel. If your agency name is in English, the Suggest button fills it in for you. A green tick means the address is available.

The rules:

  • 3 to 40 characters.
  • Lowercase English letters, numbers and dashes (-), no double dashes, and it can't start or end with a dash.
  • Some words are reserved, like admin, flyby and support.

Click Save.

Write your headline and intro

  • Headline (Arabic and English): the big line at the top, like "Umrah and holidays at the best prices". Leave it empty to show your agency name.
  • Short intro (Arabic and English): one or two lines about what makes you different.

Empty English fields show the Arabic text.

Add a cover image

A wide photo behind your headline: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. Without one, the page uses your brand colour.

Turn the page on

Switch on Page is live at the top. The badge next to the title changes from Off to Live, and an Open page button appears.

Change the address carefully

If you change your page address after sharing it, every old link stops working: in your bio, ads and QR codes. Pick an address you'll keep.

The page takes its look from settings you already have:

The Colour & logo card has Change colour and Change logo buttons that take you to the right place.

"Powered by Flyby"

The page footer has a small "Powered by Flyby" link. On the Pro plan you can remove it with the Hide "Powered by Flyby" switch on the General tab.

Preview before you publish

The Preview button opens your page the way customers will see it, even while it's off:

  • Preview only works when you're signed in as a member of the agency.
  • A bar at the top says it's a preview, with a Back to editor button.
  • Your preview visits aren't counted in analytics.

What customers see

  • A banner with your name, logo, headline and contact buttons. It always comes first.
  • The sections you turned on, in the order you chose. See Page sections.
  • A page for each package with the description, day-by-day itinerary, what's included and not, hotels, upcoming departures with seats left, terms, and an Ask about this package button.
  • Contact buttons: Chat with us opens your public chat with the AI agent, and WhatsApp opens a chat with your WhatsApp number, with a ready-written message about the package or offer. On phones these buttons stay pinned to the bottom of the screen.
  • Social media icons in the Contact section and the footer. See Social links.

Share it

  • Copy Your page link from the General tab and put it in your bio, your ads and your WhatsApp greeting.
  • When someone shares the link on WhatsApp or Facebook, the preview shows your cover image (or logo) and agency name.
  • While the page is live it can appear in search engines like Google. While it's off, only your team can see it.

See where visits come from

Add ?utm_source=instagram to the end of your bio link and ?utm_source=facebook to your ads, and you'll see each source separately in Analytics.
