Social links
Add your social accounts once, and Flyby recognises each platform and shows its icon on your public page.
Add the links to your social media pages in your agency profile. Flyby recognises the platform from each link and shows it as a round icon on your public page.
Add a link
Open your agency profile
Settings → Agency profile, and scroll to Social media.
Paste the link
Paste the full link to your page, like instagram.com/nile.tours. You don't need to type https://; Flyby adds it. The icon next to the field changes right away to the platform it recognised.
Add more links
Click Add a link for each account. You can add up to 12 links.
Save
Click Save at the bottom of the page. If a link isn't valid you'll see "One of the links isn't valid. Check it and try again." Duplicate links and empty fields are removed automatically.
Who can edit them: the owner and managers.

Any other link shows with a website (globe) icon, so you can add your own site or a Booking page, for example.
Messenger or Facebook link?
m.me/yourpage shows a Messenger icon and opens a chat with your Page directly, while facebook.com/yourpage opens the Page itself. Add both if you like.
Where they show
- The Contact section of your public page, above the chat and WhatsApp buttons (when the section is on).
- The footer of every page on your site, including package pages.
Icons appear in the same order as in your settings, so put your most important account first.
Tip
Your WhatsApp number already appears as a button on the page, from WhatsApp number in your agency profile. You only need a wa.me link if you want an extra icon.
