Page analytics
See how many people visit your public page, where they come from, which packages they open and how many contact you, without storing personal data.
Analytics show how your public page performs: where visitors come from, what they do on it, and how many of them turn into enquiries.
Open it with the Analytics button at the top of Public page. It's available to the owner and managers.
What we count
| Number | What it means |
|---|---|
| Page views | Each time your main page is opened |
| Unique visitors | The number of people; each visitor counts once per day |
| Package views | Opening any package page |
| Chat clicks | Taps on Chat with us |
| WhatsApp clicks | Taps on the WhatsApp button |
| Call clicks | Taps on Call |
We also record taps on your offers and on branch map buttons (these appear in the Pro export).
What we leave out
- Your preview visits.
- Bots, search engines and link previews (like when someone pastes your link in WhatsApp).
- Repeats: the same visitor doing the same thing within 30 minutes counts once.
- Any visit while the page is off.
Privacy
We don't store IP addresses
Each visitor is identified by a scrambled code that changes every day, so they count once per day and can't be followed from day to day or across agencies. What we keep: the type of action, the package, the traffic source, the device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), the country and the page language. No names, numbers or personal details.
That's why someone who visits on two different days counts as two visitors.
What you see on each plan
Totals for the last 30 days:
- Page views
- Unique visitors
- Chat clicks
- WhatsApp clicks

Traffic sources
The source is decided like this:
- If the link has a
utm_source(like?utm_source=instagram), that's what shows. - If not, the site the visitor came from (Google, Facebook, Instagram…).
- If there's no information at all, it counts as Direct: a typed link, a WhatsApp chat, or an app that doesn't share where the visit came from.
Cut down on Direct
Lots of visits from WhatsApp and Instagram show as Direct because those apps don't pass the source. Use a different link for each place:
- Bio:
.../p/your-agency?utm_source=instagram - Ads:
.../p/your-agency?utm_source=facebook_ads - WhatsApp messages:
.../p/your-agency?utm_source=whatsapp

- Make sure the page is live, not off.
- Your preview visits aren't counted: open the normal link from another phone.
- If you haven't shared the link yet, you'll see "No visits yet". Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
